Wie halten wir es mit Cliffhangern wie diesen nur bis September aus? Vier unserer Lieblingsshows ließen uns mit einem Aufschrei am TV zurück, indem sie uns wahnsinnig spannende Season Finales präsentierten und nun ist es an euch zu entscheiden, welches Ende das Beste war!

zum Glück war die Entscheidung für mich nicht so schwer...

da ich die fünfte Staffel von OTH noch nicht gesehen habe, fiel meine Wahl natürlich auf Supernatural

und SN liegt gegenüber OTH auch vorne... mit 58,30 % zu 39,19 %

Ich kenn die fünfte Staffel OTH und ich fand den Schluss bei weitem nicht so schlimm wie den
bei SN!!!! (Könnte auch daran liegen, dass es bei OTH ein Chad-Ende war und ich auf der anderen Seite Jared's Tränen einfach nicht widerstehen kann)

Schwer zu glauben, aber die heutigen Sourcies sind die letzte Abstimmung in diesem Sommer! Während wir traurig darüber sind, dass wir uns von den Sourcies verabschieden müssen, haben wir doch auch etwas anderes worauf wir uns freuen -- das Ende der Sourcies bedeutet auch, dass die neue Season bald beginnt! Unsere Serien werden die ersten Episoden der neuen Staffeln schon in ein paar Wochen ausstrahlen.

Wir beenden die Sourcies mit einer speziellen Kategorie für unsere beiden fanatischsten Fangruppen (gleichzeitig die beiden Serien mit den meisten Sourcies-Siegen): "One Tree Hill" und "Supernatural". In beiden Serien gibt es starke Bindungen unter Brüdern - Brüder die, abgesehen von ihren Differenzen bereit dazu sind, für den anderen einfach alles zu tun. Ackles, Padalecki Top Sexiest Stars List

A recent poll by TV Guide confirmed what many of our readers have been telling us for years: Supernatural’s Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki are two of TV’s sexiest stars.

The Supernatural superstars are Nos. 1 and 2 respectively on that site’s list of the sexiest stars in Sci-Fi. CW, not surprisingly came out very well on that list as just behind our favorite duo are Smallville’s Tom Welling and Allison Mack. The list wasn’t all recent favorites as cerebral sex symbols David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson of the X-Files also made the cut.

But back to Jensen and Jared. TV Guide posted some of the most gushing comments as part of their photo gallery and Supernatural fans did not hold back the praise.

Lacy215 declares Jensen not just the sexiest sci-fi star, but the sexiest man on the planet. Sheesh, no pressure to live up to there. JennyluvsJared not just because of his good looks, but his sense of humor. I hear women really do like that - course it doesn’t hurt to look like Jared.

As I mentioned, this pretty much tracks with what our readers have been telling us about Supernatural’s dynamic duo. My only remaining question is: How many of our readers participated in stuffing TV Guide’s online ballot box?

Spike TV Announces All-Star Line-Up and Honorees for 'SCREAM 2008'

Spike TV has announced that it will present film legends Tim Burton and Wes Craven with discretionary awards for their groundbreaking achievements in the horror, sci-fi, fantasy and comic book genres during "SCREAM 2008." The celebration will gather the industry's most talented men and women to honor these two filmmakers, who have molded the genre with their innovative style and foresight. The third annual televised event tapes on Saturday, October 18 at The Greek Theater in Los Angeles, CA and premieres Tuesday, October 21 (9:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on Spike TV.

Spike TV's "SCREAM 2008" will also feature appearances and performances by Kristen Bell, Julie Benz, Darren Lynn Bousman, Thomas Dekker, Guillermo Del Toro, Summer Glau, Samuel L. Jackson, Doug Jones, Kerli, Stan Lee, The Osbournes, Jared Padelecki, Ron Perlman, Amanda Righetti, Seth Rogen, Paul Rudd, Seann William Scott, Kevin Smith, Liv Tyler, Gerard Way, Rob Zombie and many more to be announced shortly.

With such films to his credit as "Beetlejuice," "Edward Scissorhands," "The Nightmare Before Christmas" and "Sweeney Todd," Tim Burton has contributed more to the genres of fantasy, sci-fi and horror than any other filmmaker of his generation. Burton is a rare filmmaker who has successfully crossed these genres and Spike TV is thrilled to honor him with the 2008 SCREAM Immortal Award.

Wes Craven, the genius behind "The Hills Have Eyes," "Swamp Thing," the "SCREAM" franchise and "The Nightmare on Elm Street," will be presented with this year's SCREAM Mastermind Award. This award is presented to a filmmaker whose unique vision of horror, science fiction and/or fantasy has been deemed important, critically-acclaimed and culturally significant. The 2006 award was presented to Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez.

Fan voting for this year's awards began Friday, September 12 and is open until Friday, October 17. To vote or to view exclusive red carpet and backstage coverage, visit scream.spike.com.

Michael Levitt, Casey Patterson and Cindy Levitt serve as executive producers for "SCREAM 2008." Greg Sills is supervising producer, Gary Tellalian and Austin Reading are producers and Ryan Polito will direct.

Brother Against Brother: Pick a Winchester

OK, I've gotten the feeling lately that even though the Winchester brothers would go to hell and back for each other, the fans of Supernatural may play favorites between the CW demon-hunting twosome.

So, since our previous fan debates have been so fascinating, we're going to open up the floor on the topic "Which Winchester do you love more, and why?"

Vote in the poll below, and then post your essays in favor of either Sammy or Dean in the comments. Sometime around Election Day (Nov. 4 here in the U.S.), we'll post the results of which Winchester won the poll. We'll also post the best essay in favor of the winner, and maybe even a couple of runner-up essays, if you fans wax particularly rhapsodic in favor of your choice.

People's Choice Awards Nominees Announced - 'Heroes,' 'Supernatural' Get Nods

The People's Choice Awards are for the people, if that wasn't obvious enough already. Who these people are, I do not know. They are the people whose sensibilities inform Nielsen ratings and box office receipts, yet remain anonymous in my life. I do not know anyone who religiously watches Two and a Half Men, nor do I know anyone who thought that Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull was one of the three best films of last year. Yet, these are the kinds of conceits that have informed this year's People's Choice Awards nominees. Below you will find the full list of the nominees for the television section of the awards.

Supernatural is nominated for People's Choice Award in Favorite SCI FI/Fantasy Show, and is up against NBC's Heroes and FOX's Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.

The 35th annual People's Choice Awards, hosted by Queen Latifah, will take place January 7, 2009 and will be broadcast by CBS from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles (9:00-11:00 PM, ET/delayed PT).
